How do I pair my 24/7 EVO to my smartphone?

First, Download and install the 247/ EVO app from the Apple App Store (iOS devices) or the Google Play Store (Android devices). Next, open the app on your mobile device. Follow the on-screen prompts to create or log in to an existing account.

Once logged in, the app displays the 247/ EVO home screen. Tap the watch icon on the lower right corner of the screen. The app displays the Pair Your Device screen. Tap the watch icon in the center of the screen to access your device’s camera. Note: You may need to give 247/ EVO permission to access your camera. Your 24/7 EVO displays a Pair To Phone notification informing you that the watch wants to connect to the 247/ EVO app. Tap the green checkmark to proceed with pairing.

When pairing is complete, your 24/7 EVO is displayed in the app. The time and date will be displayed on your 24/7 EVO, confirming your connection!

IMPORTANT: ALWAYS BE SURE YOU CONNECT YOUR 24/7 EVO THROUGH THE APP FIRST, NOT YOUR PHONE’S BLUETOOTH SETTINGS.

How do I charge my 24/7 EVO?

Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or a UL-certified USB wall charger. We recommend using the USB port on your computer. Place your 24/7 EVO on the contacts of the magnetic charger. A charging screen will appear on the screen to indicate that your 24/7 EVO is charging. Note: Do not charge your smartwatch using a fast charger, as these can damage the battery.

I did not receive my OTP (One-Time Password) when I registered.

When registering, make certain that your email address is entered correctly, with no extra spaces or typos, and then check your email for your one-time password. If the information was entered correctly and you do not see your one-time password in your inbox, check your spam folder.

How long should I charge your 24/7 EVO to get a full battery?

Your 24/7 EVO takes about 1-2 hours to charge fully.

How long will my 24/7 EVO stay charged after fully charging it?

Battery life is based on usage. Your 24/7 EVO has a battery life of up to 7 days. If you use your 24/7 EVO often for notifications, have vibration turned on, or brightness turned up, your 24/7 EVO battery will not last as long.

How do I power on my 24/7 EVO?

To power on your 24/7 EVO, tap and hold the button on the right side of your 24/7 EVO for 5 seconds until you see the 24/7 EVO logo appear, indicating your 24/7 EVO has powered on.

How do I power off my 24/7 EVO?

On the main watch face, swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal the quick toggle panel. Tap the ‘Settings’ icon to be taken to the settings screen. Scroll down to ‘Power Off’. After tapping on this selection, the device will ask if you’re sure you would like to turn off the device. The device will power off immediately once you tap on the green check mark.

Alternatively, you can hold down the right side button for five seconds. It will display “Power off? And display an X for no or a checkmark for yes. Select the checkmark to power off.

How do I set the time?

Time is automatically set when paired with your smartphone.

How do I turn on the Raise To Wake for my 24/7 EVO?

Raise To Wake should be on automatically as soon as you power on your 24/7 EVO. However, if it’s not working from the 24/7 EVO App, tap the ‘Device’ section on the bottom right of the home screen, followed by “Device settings.” Then toggle on ‘Raise To Wake’ to activate this function.

Alternatively, you can swipe down from the main screen on your 24/7 EVO and click on the top center icon, which looks like a wrist with a watch, to turn this function on or off.

How do I turn up the brightness on my 24/7 EVO?

Swipe down from the main screen of your EVO 24/7 and select the icon on the top left, which looks like a half sun. Click the “+” sign to increase the brightness.

How do I turn down the brightness on my 24/7 EVO?

Swipe down from the main screen of your EVO 24/7 and select the icon on the top left, which looks like a half sun. Click the “-” sign to decrease the brightness.

How do I change the watch face on my 24/7 EVO?

Hold the center of the screen from the main watch face screen on your 24/7 EVO for 3 seconds to switch the watch face. Swipe from left to right to see the selections. Tap on the watch face you want. 

How do I set up a custom watch face for my 24/7 EVO?

To set a Custom Watch Face, go to the 24/7 EVO App, tap the device section, and then select Watch Faces. From the Watch Faces page, tap on the Custom Watch Face section to begin editing. You can add your own image, format text, and put your favorite features on display. Hit Save/Done to apply.

How do I get my custom watch face to stay on my 24/7 EVO?

If you factory reset your 24/7 EVO after downloading your custom watch face, you must re-download it to display it on your 24/7 EVO again.

How do I turn off the vibration feature of my 24/7 EVO?

You must put your 24/7 EVO on Do Not Disturb to turn off the vibration feature. Go to the 24/7 EVO App, tap the device section, and tap ‘Device setting.’ From Settings, toggle on Do Not Disturb. 

Alternatively, you can swipe down from the main screen on your 24/7 EVO and click on the bottom left icon, which looks like a crescent moon, to turn this feature on or off.

My 24/7 EVO isn’t receiving notifications.

In the 24/7 EVO App, tap the ‘Device’ section and ‘Notifications.’ Then, you may select the notifications you wish to receive on your 24/7 EVO.

Note: If the app you wish to receive notifications from is not listed, you must toggle on ‘Other’ at the bottom.

I turned on notifications but still cannot receive them. What do I do?

Check that the Bluetooth on your phone is on and that your phone can receive notifications.

For Android users: Check that you have enabled the 24/7 EVO App to access your notifications. You can do this in your phone’s native settings menu or go to the app’s device page, click on ‘Notifications’, and then click the ‘Notification Access’ link. From the ‘Notifications’ page, you can toggle on all apps you wish to receive notifications for on your 24/7 EVO.

For iOS users: Go to the device page in the app and click on ‘Notifications’ to toggle on all apps you wish to receive notifications for on your 24/7 EVO.

Note: Notification permissions differ between iOS and Android users.

How do I view my notifications on my 24/7 EVO?

If you don’t read the notification when it arrives, you can check it later by navigating to Messages on your 24/7 EVO. To view notifications on your 24/7 EVO, swipe up from the bottom of the screen on the main watch face screen to reveal the Notifications screen. Tap on any message in this section to reveal more information about it. To exit the messages feature, hit the side button.

How do I turn off Notifications?

To turn off all or certain notifications with the 24/7 EVO App, go to ‘Notifications’ in the device section. You can also mute all notifications by turning on Do Not Disturb mode.

How do I turn “Do Not Disturb” mode on?

Go to the device section in the 24/7 EVO App and toggle on ‘Do Not Disturb’ mode.

Can I adjust the active hours for the stretch reminder?

Yes. Go to the 24/7 EVO App. Tap on the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen. Then tap ‘Reminders.’ From here, choose the reminder you want to adjust. You’ll be taken to another screen to set your frequency, start, and end times for this reminder. Hit save to exit and save your settings.

How do I turn on the 24/7 Heart Rate feature?

This feature should be on by default, but if you’re having issues, navigate to the device section in the app and tap on 24/7 Heart Rate Monitor to toggle it on and off. While this feature is active, your 24/7 EVO will continuously record your heart rate every 30 minutes throughout the day. This data will automatically sync with your app when your 24/7 EVO is within Bluetooth range of your smartphone. 

My 24/7 EVO is not tracking data properly. What can I do to fix it?

If you can’t sync your 24/7 EVO Smartwatch or have trouble with tracking stats, you can restart your 24/7 EVO from your wrist. Swipe down from the main watch face to reveal the quick toggle panel and tap on the gear icon for Settings. When in Settings, scroll down to ‘Power Off’ and tap on it. Tap on the green check mark next to power off your device. Allow your device a few minutes to shut down fully. Then tap and hold the side button on your device for 3-5 seconds to turn it back on to complete your restart.

Can my 24/7 EVO play music?

While your 24/7 EVO cannot play music, you can use it as a remote to control the music on your phone. The music remote allows you to play/pause, skip forward, or return to previous music from your music apps.

Why won’t the Music Remote on my 24/7 EVO work with the music app on my phone?

Your 24/7 EVO Smartwatch is only compatible with various applications such as Apple Music, Spotify, and Pandora. It does not fully support other third-party applications.

How do I take a picture with my 24/7 EVO?

To snap photos using your 24/7 EVO Smartwatch, navigate to the camera remote function. With the app open, navigate to the device page and tap Camera Remote. This will launch the built-in app camera. On your watch, double-tap the right button to open the Features Menu, then scroll to the Camera Icon, and when you’re ready, click “Take picture.”

For iOS Users: You can also take a picture with your native camera app! On your watch, double-tap the right button to open the Features Menu, then scroll to the Camera Icon, and when you’re ready, click “Take picture.”

How do I view the weather for the week on my 24/7 EVO?

First, make sure that your 24/7 EVO is connected to your phone. The weather will not show on your 24/7 EVO until it’s connected. Once done, go to the Weather screen on your 24/7 EVO. You can tap the screen to view more weather data. The EVO 24/7 will display three days, including today. 

The weather feature in my 24/7 EVO is not updated.

To correct this, use the 24/7 EVO Application to connect your device to your phone again. Once your 24/7 EVO is fully paired to the app, open the 24/7 EVO App. Navigate to the device section, and tap on ‘Weather.’ Your location should be automatically found, but you can also manually enter your location as well. Once done, your 24/7 EVO will instantly update with the latest weather readings.

How do I set my language on my 24/7 EVO?

Swipe down from the main watch screen, click the Gear icon for Settings, and then Language. Once in language, you will then be able to choose from a variety of languages available.

Can I swim with my 24/7 EVO Smartwatch?

We advise that you do not swim with your device. Although the 24/7 EVO Smartwatch is IP67 water resistant, it is not waterproof, so you should not submerge your 24/7 EVO in water deeper than one meter for longer than 30 minutes.

How do I erase all data on my 24/7 EVO?

Factory Reset your 24/7 EVO to clear all the data on your 24/7 EVO. To reset your 24/7 EVO, swipe down on the main watch face and click the gear icon for Settings Next, scroll down to the blue ‘Reset’ icon. After tapping on this, the device will ask if you want to reset your device. Once you tap the red check mark, your 24/7 EVO Smartwatch will reset and clear all data.

How long can I wear my 24/7 EVO?

We recommend removing your 24/7 EVO from your wrist at least once daily to clean your 24/7 EVO’s straps.

How do I clean the straps on my 24/7 EVO?

We recommend regularly cleaning your band and wrist – especially after intense workouts or sweating. Rinse the band with water or wipe it with a small amount of rubbing alcohol. Do NOT use hand soap, dish soap, hand sanitizer, cleaning wipes, or household cleaners, which could get trapped beneath the band and irritate your skin. Always pat the band dry before putting it back on.

I updated the firmware on my 24/7 EVO and am having issues.

You need to reset your 24/7 EVO after you update the firmware. This is to ensure that the old firmware has been fully replaced and cannot be done while your device is still running.

Why did my 24/7 EVO reset automatically when I updated its firmware?

That’s normal. After you update your 24/7 EVO firmware, it will automatically reset itself with the new firmware for optimal functionality.
